Options Available:
1-on-1 Sessions
1-on-1 sessions are very carefully tailored for you.
Whether you are getting stronger for a sport, are recovering from an injury, are pre/post natal, post rehab or if you have specific goals in mind, I can design the sessions to ensure you get the most support and help possible.
These sessions can be either online or in the comfort of your home. You may wish to do them collectively by including your partner, family members or friends. All of these are an option.
In studios
Most days during the week I am at Body Harmonics, teaching different level classes as well as offering private and semi-private sessions.
A few days of the week I also teach various fitness and Pilates classes at the North York Senior Center.
Online Group Classes
I teach a live online class via Zoom weekly on Thursdays at 4:30pm for an hour. This class is an Intermediate Pilates class.
All levels are welcome. Advanced modifications will be offered as I can modify the sessions to accommodate your current level.
